Layne Randolph

The Randolph Law Firm, P.C. was established to meet the legal needs of businesses and individuals that need assistance with intellectual property issues and franchising or licensing matters. Ms. Randolph was formerly an associate at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, and has worked as general counsel to several international companies both as outside and in-house counsel. She completed a Masters in Intellectual Property Law at the Università di Torino Law School in conjunction with the World Intellectual Property Organization's Worldwide Academy. She currently works for Fendi, S.R.L. in Rome, Italy and her legal focus is in intellectual property and international transactions.
